Kat Toledo is a Colombian-American comedian, performance artist, writer, actor, and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. Her work has been featured on Funny or Die, The Best Show, and The Miami New Times. She received a commission from Borscht Corp. for her short film Toe Hoes, and her most recent film, Duvet, was an official selection at the Bleeding Edge Festival in Toronto.

 

Kat hosts Besitos, a monthly comedy show at the Elysian Theater, where she casts her co-host via Craigslist.

 

Her ensemble work includes co-writing and performing in the original play Re-Membering Our Lil Guy with Auto Body eXperienZ; the astrology clown collective PlanetsPlanetsPlanets; and her role as teen villain Chris Hargensen in a stage adaptation of Carrie. She can also be seen playing Kat Kardaysian in the cyberpunk feature film In the Glow of Darkness.

 

She has opened for Eric André and performed alongside artists such as Kembra Pfahler, Laura Lima, Andy Richter, and Kevin McDonald of Kids in the Hall.
